What to Wear & Bring – Pole Classes

To help you feel comfortable, safe, and supported in class, here’s what we recommend:

What to wear

  • Leggings or joggers for warm-up and conditioning
  • Shorts for skin grip on the pole
  • A top you can move freely in


What to bring

  • Water
  • A sweat towel
  • Pole grip, if you use it


For Heels Classes

  • Heels (optional but recommended. Socks required if no heels)
  • Knee Pads for floorwork and transitions


What not to wear

  • Oils or lotions on your skin before class, as these make the pole slippery and it's hard to grip for yourself and others sharing the pole.
  • Jewellery, including rings, bracelets, watches, necklaces, and hoops or large dangly earrings, to protect both you and the poles
